Media Presses Tiger Woods to Comment on Trump, He Absolutely Nails The Answer
On Sunday Golf legend, Tiger Woods was pressured by the news media to comment his thoughts on President Trump and race relations.
Tiger Woods has played gold with Trump and has known him personally for several years. In a Fox segment that has earned Woods tons of praise he stated, that even if someone dislikes Trump’s politics and personality, they should respect the office of the presidency.
Here’s the moment that has everyone talking.

Woods nails the answer perfectly.
“Well, he’s the president of the United States. You have to respect the office. No matter who is in the office, you may like, dislike personality or the politics, but we all must respect the office”.
The reporter tried yet again to pressure Woods into a response.
“Do you have anything to say more broadly about the state, I guess, the discourse of race relations?”
“No,” Woods said with a slight smile. “I just finished 72 holes and I’m really hungry.”
Trump was quick to respond to Woods’ comments in a tweet on Monday blaming the media for pressuring the golf pro.
“The Fake News Media worked hard to get Tiger Woods to say something that he didn’t want to say. Tiger wouldn’t play the game – he is very smart. More importantly, he is playing great golf again!”
Several other popular right leaning journalists had some comments in response to this as well. Tomi Lahren said, “I have a new respect for Tiger!”
Clay Travis said, “Here’s MSESPN sports media trying to drag @TigerWoods into politics by attacking his relationship with @realDonaldTrump. This is what athletes deal with all the time now, left wing sports media trying to use them to advance their own political beliefs.”
