James Younger’s Mother Wants Judge Dismissed, Full Custody So She Can Transition Him To “Luna”
James Younger is a little boy. His mother wants him to be a girl, and wants the court to give her full custody to do just that.
Although James loves being himself, his mother believes that he should be a girl, and wants to put him on hormone blockers. Essentially, it’s child abuse.
After initially ruling in favor of the mother, Anne Georgulas, in the middle of October, Dallas Judge Kim Cooks ruled on Oct. 24 that Jeff Younger, the father of 7-year-old James Younger, gets to have a say in whether or not his child goes through a gender transition.
Now, Georgulas wants that judge dismissed. The reason? The judge commented on the case on her Facebook page.
While yes, Judge Cooks should not have done that, she isn’t the problem. Clearly Georgulas is the only one who thinks her position is sane (except for her lawyers, who will keep cashing the checks). Her belief that she should be able to change her son’s gender is ridiculous enough for a judge to feel safe commenting on it. That speaks volumes.
“The judge even commented on the case — a pending matter in her court — on her Facebook page, and in doing so invited (and permitted) ex parte communication about it,” Georgulas’ attorneys said in a motion for recusal, according to Dallas News.
From The Daily Caller:
Cooks reshared a story regarding the case from the Dallas Morning News in late October and said, “The Governor nor any legislature had any influence on the Court’s Decision.”
The post referred to Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s Oct. 23 announcement of an investigation into James Younger’s case following conservative outrage on Twitter. Abbott tweeted that the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services are looking into details of James Younger’s case.
The attorneys for Georgulas say that Cooks must recuse herself for sharing a post on her Facebook page.
Of course, level headed people will understand that this is ridiculous, but not those greedy lawyers.
This woman needs help, and it seems like she’s being taken advantage of.
