FBI Ignored Thousands of Clinton Emails, Claimed To Be “Overwhelmed” By Russia Probe

While investigating Anthony Weiner, FBI agents were shocked to discover thousands of Hillary Clinton’s private emails!

During the investigation into former Democratic congressman Anthony Weiner’s sex crimes back in September of 2016, the FBI found over 340,000 emails from various private Hillary Clinton email servers. Weiner was being investigated for sending multiple sexual text messages to a teenager, allowing the FBI to acquire a warrant to search all of the former congressman’s devices and servers, including computers, phones, iPads, etc.

FBI technicians made sure to relay their finding to superiors, writing in the official FBI report “I just wanted to formally bring this to your attention due to the pending election, the ongoing Congressional investigation into the FBI’s own investigation into Ms. Clinton’s email activities, etc.”

The vast majority of these private emails appeared to be between Clinton’s top aid, Huma Abedin (also Weiner’s wife) and Clinton. However, for whatever reason, the FBI’s warrant would not allow the agent to read any of the emails, as he states in the report: “A significant number of these 340,000 emails appeared to be between Huma Abedin and Hillary Clinton (the latter who appears to have used a number of different email addresses)… I did not review content of these emails , as the warrant only authorized me to view items that would give me probable cause to believe that CP evidence may reside therein.”

According to James B. Stewart in his new book “Deep State: Trump, the FBI, and the Rule of Law,” this was an “Oh shit” moment for these FBI agents. So, there’s an ongoing investigation into Clinton and her emails, the FBI finds literally hundreds of thousands of private Hillary Clinton emails, and no one does or hears a thing.

One would think that this would be a bombshell, taking top FBI priority, right? Well as Stewart writes, this report was overlooked, or perhaps just ignored, by FBI top officials because they were “overwhelmed” by the Russia probe. You know, the Russia probe that Obama began in order to investigate and spy on the Democrats political opponent.

The official FBI report by the agent responsible for the finding goes on to explain that he was able to investigate emails, so long as they did not include Hillary Clinton, writing: “SDNY is comfortable with me continuing my review as I have, which is to NOT read any emails to/from Anthony Weiner to which his wife, or a possible attorney is a party… Obviously, I will not review any emails to which Anthony Weiner is not a party (such as emails between Ms. Abedin and Mrs. Clinton).”

One of the agents aware of the emails was apparently “scared” by the finding. He explained to Stewart that he was unaware as to why nothing was being done, saying: “I’m telling you that we have potentially ten times the volume that Director Comey said we had on the record,” Stewart wrote. “Why isn’t anybody here?”

It is a good question to ask. Why were these emails never looked at? 340,000 emails from a Clinton private server seems like a lot to just overlook. Oh, but they were busy investigating an alleged Russian probe.
