The New York Times is asking for help.
On Twitter, the newspaper asked for people to help locate exactly who is spreading misinformation online in an attempt to influence the upcoming midterms.
Surely they didn’t expect the reaction they got, as thousands of users turned things around on the publisher. Here’s the original Tweet from September 18th.
The responses came flooding in, and are nothing short of hilarious.
The funniest part about the entire thing is that the New York Times thinks they are actually a truthful organization. How wild is that?!
