At some point Steve Harvey went from being a stand up comic, to a God fearing elder statesman whose wisdom became more valuable than his straight forward comedy.
The fact that Steve made it this far in comedy says a lot about his resilience as a human being. Now that he’s successful he wants to help others achieve their dreams as well. God truly does have a plan for every single person. Every single one of us was made in the image and likeness of the Creator, and we’re meant to do more than go to work, pay taxes, and then die.
Steve breaks it down that the main difference between a rich person, and someone who isn’t rich is in their mind, how they think about themselves, and how they think about the world.
This concept really comes from scripture. Proverbs 23:7 says, “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”
Steve breaks down a concept of thinking in multiples of ten.
I'm going to put a rich person's concept in your head. "The multiples of 10." You can become a millionaire with what you have. You have what it takes to become rich, you just don't believe it. Your gift is the answer if you don't know how to identify or use your gift watch this. pic.twitter.com/XXAeLmSFRd

Steve asks the crowd to think about their own gifting.
“What’s the thing you do the best with the least amount of effort?”
He explains that everyone has something that they can do that people would gladly pay them $10 for. As soon as you find the thing that will pay you $10, go and do it ten more times. Now you have $100. Now if you do that one that thing made you $100 10 more times, that’s $1,000. Do that ten times, and you have $10,000, then $100,000, and then you reach $1,000,000.
It’s great practical advice that everyone needs to hear now and again!
