Is there a more hated type of person right now other than a pedophile? Likely, no. Their kind preys on the innocence of children, and forever robs them of their ability to feel safe.
A former youth pastor, Donald Courtney Biggs, 40, pleaded guilty in February to felony count of “transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity,” and appeared in a Medford, Oregon courtroom on the 22 for his sentencing.
The sentencing did not go as planned as Biggs was attacked by a parent of one of his victims. 45-year-old Kevin Patrick Smith, leapt over the railing and began his assault on the disgraced minister, punching him.
Biggs wasn’t expecting the attack, and he curled up on the floor in a fetal position. Smith’s one punch was powerful enough to put Biggs in the hospital.
Jacob Elkin witnessed the attack, “Full force, just like Superman. It looked like he flew through the air right into him and just punched him.”
A local Medford reporter witnessed it himself and tweeted out the event as it unfolded,
Correction: a man in the victim’s row apparently jumped the railing and physically attacked Biggs. Police and EMS are on scene.

No one can blame Smith for what he did. However, laws are laws, and he was charged with obstructing governmental or judicial administration, fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.
A GoFundMe page has been set up in Smith’s honor to help pay his own legal bill he just incurred. The goal was $5,000 and the writing of this article, it has already raised $14,400!
