Chelsea Clinton Says, It’s ‘Not Christian’ For America To Ban Abortion

The Bible is pretty clear on God’s view of babies, and specifically the unborn.

Psalms 139:13-16 says “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

God knew who we were before we were even born. So, when people who claim to be “religious” try to justify abortion, they are either lying about their faith, or they have never really read the Bible.

During an interview this week, Chelsea Clinton made the bold claim that it would be “un-Christian” to return to the days prior to legal abortion.

“When I think about all of the statistics that are painful of what women are confronting today in our country, and what even more women confronted pre-Roe and how many women died and how many more women were maimed because of unsafe abortion practices, we just can’t go back to that,” she said. “Like that’s unconscionable to me, and also, I’m sure that this will unleash another wave of hate in my direction, but as a deeply religious person, it’s also unchristian to me.”

In Chelsea Clinton’s “christian” world, her God believes murdering the unborn is justified.

Maybe Chelsea is a religious person, but one can base their religion around serving the devil. That seems to be her case, as she is an outspoken advocate for abortion, hiding it under the guise of “women’s choice”.

Jeremiah says “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.”

Psalm 22 says that “From birth I was cast on you; from my mother’s womb you have been my God.”

I’m not saying women who get abortions should be thrown into jail, or anything like that. I’m saying, it merely goes against what God wants. To make the claim that you are “religious”, and advocate for things that go directly against the Lord’s Word means you aren’t a person of faith. You have made up your own god, and your own version of what you think Christianity is.

Fortunately, the Bible warns us about people like Clinton. There are a multitude of verses that discuss false teachers, and their treachery.

Jeremiah 23:16 says “This is what the LORD Almighty says: “Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD.”

2 Timothy 4:3-4 says “For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.”

I don’t particularly like using arguments of faith in regards to abortion, but when people like Chelsea Clinton call not supporting abortion “un-Christian” it opens the door to rebuke her with God’s own teachings.

Do not be deceived by false teachers who are guided by their own desires. The Lord is clear in what He wants, and too often we find people distorting, or lying about what God says. These people prey on the ignorance of the weak, and too often they are successful in their endeavors.

We need to pray that these people ultimately do find God, because what God promises false teachers is not good. Those who use His name to encourage wickedness will receive the ultimate punishment. Hopefully Chelsea, and those that think like her will meet the true God.

Be blessed.
