On Saturday morning Sariah Palin’s oldest son, Track Palin, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse. the charges include more than just abuse. Track was also charged with felony burglary, assault in the fourth degree, and criminal mischief. He caused between $250 and $999 in property damage.
Track Palin’s attorney had the following comments.
“Given the nature of actions addressed last night by law enforcement and the charges involved, the Palins are unable to comment further,” attorney John Tiemessen said in a statement to NBC News. “They ask that the family’s privacy is respected during this challenging situation just as others dealing with a struggling family member would also request.”
Sarah and Todd Palin could not be reach for a response at this time.
This is not the first incident that Palin has been arrested for. In 2016 he was arrested for assault, interference with a domestic violence report, and misconduct involving weapons. Records held by NBC stated that Palin’s girlfriend told police that Track had “struck her on the left side of her head near her eye with a closed fist.” He then kicked her after she fell to the ground. Court documents say that, he then reportedly threw her cell phone and threaten to commit suicide.
After the 2016 arrest, Sarah Palin said her son’s actions were because he is suffering from PTSD.
