Country Rebel was the first to spread the news after the tragic accident.
The Washington State Patrol told Q13 Fox News that the 40-foot motorhome was traveling westbound on the interstate when a tire exploded and the driver, 62-year-old Michael B. Edelbrock, lost control of the vehicle.
The vehicle then exited the roadway, struck a guardrail and flew down an embankment where it landed in a creek. The accident killed 61-year-old Lois Edelbrock and 6-year-old Kaci Edelbrock.
Two other family members were airlifted to a local hospital – their condition remains unknown. One family member, 8-year-old Reese, escaped injury.
Here’s the story from local news station KREM.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this time.
